Who we are

We are a parent organization to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s optics related student organizations. Our mission is to bring optics experts and students together to share knowledge and network in addition to bringing optics to the general public through demonstrations and outreach.

What we do

Organize seminars by awesome optics people around the globe
Create networking opportunities to meet and talk to other folks in your field
Set up workshops and collaborations to teach new skills
Reach out to the local community with optics demonstrations
